Of course the classic view of Lake Louise is from the shore by the hotel looking at the mountain and glacier reflections in the lake. My wife and I hiked around to the end of the lake and took this view of the hotel. Not as majestic a sight as the lake and mountains but nonetheless a pretty impressive place. I like the overall tone here, Bill, with it's emphasis on blue and white. The leading line of the stream adds nicely and the smallness of the hotel relative to the mountains tells a fine story.

Bill, Yes, it sure looks like an impressive place and this is a wonderful view showing the hotel, which looks pretty impressive on it's own. I like this comp with the nice lines of the stream taking one into the image. Very nice color and tones.

There seem to be a lot of Lake Louises in the world (Louise must have really got around). I'm not familiar with this lake, or at least not with this view. I like the centered subject in this particular case because it provides a balanced scene.

That's pretty. A classic image of the hotel. I was there many, many years ago......let me think....about 35 years ago!!
This looks like a post card, and the FG really adds to it. Nice.
