ISO 200 HDR
Okay, an icon for sure and somewhat of a revisit from our first Canadian trip in 2009 but that original trip was in July and this was taken this September after an early snow fall. I'll post another from later in the morning but would especially like your comments regarding the HDR and of course anything else that comes to mind. >=))>

Classic scene, but still beautiful. Well photographed, nice light and reflection. It makes me want to be there. I am assuming this is Lake Louise?

The large version shows the detail very nicely. I have two minor nits: First, the green in the reflection is a little strong and the lake shore looks like it is tilted a bit CW. Also, there is a cyan line at the very top in both versions--not sure where it came from. Aside from the items I mentioned, this looks very good, Bill.

Classic, all right, Bill. Beautiful morning reflection in the turquoise waters of the lake. The processing looks very good to me. It looks like the exposure was a real challenge with the sunlight on the fresh snow and the shadows, but it is really well handled. devil

This is a beautiful scene, Bill.  The HDR processing looks natural.  It does look like you might still have some blown highlights in the brightest areaso of snow in the mountain, but it could just be due to compression.  The comp feels a bit heavy on the left side to me, but otherwise it is very nice.

Bill,

A beautiful, quiet and calming scene.  The openness of the scene, the reflection somehow made me think of an echo, although I don't think this particular location would produce an echo... it just came to my mind. ;-)

I do see the bright turquoise-blue line near the far shore in the middle as well as the tilt, both minor.  I think the tilt is more a perception as the far shore is a receding one. I'm guessing the camera was level. ;-)

The only other nit really is the lack of detail in the snowy peak.  I do like the bright, clean white against the blue though.  Otherwise, I'm glad to composed this the way you did and composed off center a bit.  Well done from this classic Canadian location.
