Digging up more of my old snow pictures, since it's not likely we will see snow  this year, where we now live.
Somewhere in Idaho, as I recall, on the way to Yellowstone., in February 2007.

Very nice, Sandy !  Love all the tufts of grass and the scattering of snowflakes - and that cyan mountain gives it something of an old-world picture card feeling I think.

That has a real Christmas card look. It all goes together really well; the colors, the comp, everything.  Nice.

This would make a lovely holiday card. Love the way your fast shutter speed has stopped the snowflakes. With the rust colored frame it looks very painterly.

Love it Sandy. Like a Christmas card. This really reminds me of trips to Logan Canyon in Northern Utah when my son was working on his phd. at Utah State University. Those canyons are so pretty in the fall/winter transition period.
