When our temperature exceeds the mid-50's, I still have one of these visiting some late blooming asters, Bill. This is a good look at this one, showing it's eye spots well in fine surroundings.. It is looking a bit warn, which seems very appropriate, as you point out.

Nice composition, Bill. The title works well. I like that the colors of the surroundings are not saturated.
