Seems like a great old building in some lovely light -- the warm tones of the wood and some of the foliage against the fresh grass combines nicely.  The line of the big tree branch is not working for me very well; the right side of the frame is filled out very nicely and I find it very interesting but the strong diagonal makes the emptiness of the upper left even more pronounced.  My personal preference would be to crop about a third in from the left side.
