This was shot in an area of wet woodland near my home - this part is less affected by the rivulets and pools that dominate the landscape, and a sort of path has formed which is a delight in all seasons but especially in the autumn.

Canon 400D, 18-55 @ 28, 1.3 secs @ f22, ISO 100.

A beautifully warm and inviting view, Ian. I'm ready to go walking down that "almost" path, that's especially inviting with the extra glow in the distance. The framing and dof are great.

Reminds me of an old image I have of a similar scene with a bench in it. Might post that, if I can find it. Thanks for the idea!

Beautiful, Ian. A lovely leafy path through beautiful trees. The sunlit area in the distance is very inviting.
