Fall where I live, literally. This scene, located in Mill Creek Park, is only 1/4 mile from my front door.  Every year since 2008, I sell a Mill Creek Park calendar in local stores, and this image, taken a few years ago, is the October image in the 2016 calendar, which is a special edition honoring the 125th anniversary of Mill Creek Park (founded in 1891 as Ohio's first public park district). Bonus history from the calendar: An old stone quarry was located about a 1/4 mile upstream from here. President William McKinley, who was born in nearby Niles, Ohio, was one of the owners of the quarry. This area was acquired by the Park in 1920. D700, 17-35 @ 25, 1.6 sec, f14, iso 200. Suggestions and other comments welcome.

I can see why you used this one for your calendar, Scott.  Lovely image with the great lines created by the blurred water leading into the image.

Great calendar shot, Scott.  Leading lines, great color, and the perfect shutter speed to show the motion of the water.

This is a lovely arrangement, Scott.  The flowing sweep of water pulls my eyes to the falls where the rock textures and leaf colors take over.  Those few brilliant red leaves on the right are a great extra bonus.  A beautiful view, well worthy of a calendar.

Really well executed, Scott.  Nice to live so close to scenes like this.

Very nice leading lines into this fall scene.  Nice colors.  Good shutter speed for the water.  I like the composition and the feeling imparted by this image.

This is a beautiful scene, Scott, and a great image for the calendar!  Excellent comp and colors.  Your shutter speed was perfect to show the flowing water.  The rocks on both sides of the water and the colorful fallen leaves on them are beautiful.

Great fall image, Scott! I agree with Mark that the few red leaves on the right add to the image. I might clone the leaf in the stream in the LLC, it pulls me out of the image a bit.
