I think the shadow across the bird is too much here, but I wanted to ask your opinion. Otherwise I like the colors and I love that I was close enough to not have to crop this image.

All feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Excellent detail in the Grackle, Barbara and the shadow doesn't bother me much, though I know some people object to them. If you wanted to, you could select the shadowed areas and brighten them a touch to lessen the impact.

I love that glowing background.

Really sweet light; love the color of the background. I like the pose and perch. Good detail in the bird and catch light. The shadows are okay, I suppose you could see if the shadow slider in RAW would help. You might consider removing the branch in the left lower corner. A very pleasing image. devil

I really like the way the bird is set off by the bright glowing colorful background. Very nice detail in the Grackle. I like the Pose and the location in the frame.

The Grackle really stand out and the detail is good. You could try lighting the shadow in Lightroom, but all and all I like the photograph.
