Another image of the full moon rising over Lake Michigan.  This one was taken on a different day than my previous post and later in the evening when the sky was darker and the moon higher in the sky.

Canon 60D, Canon 70-300@70mm, f/4, 1/100, ISO 400, +1 step, tripod

I appreciate all comments and critiques.

You could have called this "Once in a Blue Moon" and it would have added to the illusion but this is still a very nice image as shot with very pleasant shades of blue and a nicely placed reflection.

Beautiful, Barb.  I really like that nice warm moon against all the blue.

Can't get much bluer, Barb. I like the bit of detail in the water with the nice moon and reflection.

A fine pair of gentle blues, highlighted nicely by the very well exposed full moon, Barb.  The subtle textures in the water add a good level of extra interest, as does the gentle reflection.  This does a fine job of putting me right there, listening quietly.

Beautiful reflection of the moon.  Nice compliment of the blue sky vs blue water.  Well done.
