Tigress peeping from the Sal forest, she wanted to cross the track to come over this side of the forest. Actually I didn't see her coming, but my experienced driver saw her. I picked up 500 mm, he told me, she's very near pick up smaller lens, which I did. But as soon as I saw her, I realized it is 500mm frame. Took couple of frames with 70-200mm and picked up 500mm. It was sheer good luck that she stayed still for few seconds.

At least your driver didn't try to grab your camera and take pictures with it like my guide did in Kanha. enlightened

Hi Jagdeep, gorgeous expression from what looks to be a young adolescent cub???? Nicely framed with the vegetation around. If you had the time, I can also see this working in a 'portrait' format too, shot rather than a crop, to preserve IQ.

Always nice to see a Tiger.

I really like the look you managed in this one Jagdeep. I would also like to see a portrait version if you have the time. Would be nice to see a side by side comparison. I still like this crop as well though.
