Well I didn't break glass but I did have to improvise. My wife and I got back recently from a trip to the Canadian Rockies and Glacier NP in Montana. On our last day in Glacier we hiked up to the Hidden Lake overlook. I noticed some neat rocks trailside on the way up but didn't want to stop and figured I would shoot them on the way back. It was pretty cold and windy so Chrissy left to return ahead of me while I lingered at the overlook. Forgetting the rocks I packed up the backpack and set off. I didn't want to keep her waiting too long so when I rediscovered the rocks I really did not want to unpack the gear but I had the presence of mind to use my phone. I got off about 8-10 shots and the battery died! The images were not quite sharp enough for a conventional presentation so I took the lemons and made a little lemonade. Simple oil paint filter in PSCC but I liked the finished result. All comments welcome. >=))>

I think this is beautiful, and I love all the colors and the oil paint treatment.

Nice capture.  Interesting veins of color and texture enhanced by the software you used.  Works well and my favorite element are the leaves which bring realism to the scene.

I like the colors and various shapes and the gray patch that winds its way through the middle of the photo. Nicely seen, composed, and processed.
