There are few things I enjoy more than a good thunderstorm! I shot this image from my home in Castle Rock, CO. From this single storm I was able to come away with about seven or eight really nice images of lightning.

Michael, that's a great catch of lightning. The glow in highlighting the falling rain is a fine touch and there's a nice amount of landscape with lights as well as good detail in the clouds at the top.

Exceptional catch! Exquisite bolt, plus the blue sky and few light below really make this one a stand-out.
Do you use the lightning-strike indicator thing that trips the shutter remotely when it detects the pre-flash electricity?
Have one, but have never used it.
