Here's a Sandwich Tern from Galveston, TX.  These guys were diving into the surf catching small fish.

Strong and simple. I suspect they were moving pretty fast, so good catch! Classic position. No nits!devil

Beautiful, Nate.  Excellent job on the exposure and I really like the angle of the bird to the camera.

Nice catch, Nate.  Wing span, tail fan, and yellow tip all visible and sharp.

HI Nate
Good catch on the dive angle and very nice detail on the Tern.

Nice job capturing this speedster, Nate. Sharp from tip to tip. Really nice detail in the wings.

What really sets us apart besides the lighting and the detail is the background. It's very clear from the beginning that this is water and the level of focus is just enough for one to realize the undulations and ripples in the water. Very nice.

Beautiful dynamic image.  I like esp the placement of the bird slight off-center.
