Acadia NP, ME

This is one of those waterfalls that exist during or after a rainfall. I had never gotten an image here in all my trips to Acadia so when we had some rain I decided that I would not miss out this time.

As always thanks for taking a look and leaving a comment or suggestion.

Ed, I really like the cascade and the overall color. It does look a tad soft from a sharpness standpoint. The shutter speed you used gives the water a nice look. I am also wondering what a slight deepening of the blacks would look like. Nice image.

Great composition. I like how the water meanders down the different "steps" in the rock. I might be tempted to darken the rock a little to bring out more contrast with the water.devil

Cool little falls, Ed.  It has an almost manmade look to it.  SS looks just right.  Nice.

This little waterfall has excellent form, Ed. I like the ss. I could see reducing the exposure and upping the contrast a pinch, but very nice as is.

I like the shape of these falls.  I would like to see a bit more room at the top in the composition to include a little more of the green.  Maybe it is just my monitor, but the water seems a bit too gray.  I would like to see some brighter highlights in the water.

Good composition and, for me, perfect shutter speed. I might brighten the water a bit.
