Leopard at Night

I'm heading back to Africa on Monday. It should be a fun trip, with a little bit of scouting at new locations prior to my tour. I'll also be making a couple visits to my favorite spot in South Africa, MalaMala, which is unparalleled for leopard photography. This was a photo taken there a few years ago, depicting a three year old male heading out on his evening hunt.

Hi Max!
Love the side beam of light and leopard walking into it. Very nicely framed and photographed. I may tone down some of the whites, on the side of light.

Detail looks excellent and you caught the good action pose, quartering into you quite well. I have no nits, given the choice of lighting, although I think it might be more dramatic and certainly not less effective with some of the black (left and top) cropped to make this intense stare more personal.
