Another day, different light, different lens ;-) ...

An alternative shot of the Woodcock Orchid (Ophrys scolopax) in the foothills of the 'Parc National Du Haut-Languedoc' in southern France. This was the shot with the Meyer Görlitz Trioplan a rather special antique lens ...

Sigma SD1 Merril, Meyer Görlitz Trioplan, F2.8, 1/320 sec., ISO 100 (via M42 Adapter)

Wonderful effect for a great dreamy feel. If you ever want to give away these lenses, let me know. blush

Very beautiful, Mark! I love the colors, comp, and the wonderful artistic effect you achieved with the antique lens.

The larger view is splendid. The contrasting soft colors enhance the small wild orchid.
