I have been very busy and have not been able to get much photography done.  I was able to get this damselfly on Sunday morning--sunny, but quite windy. K5 IIs 180 mm f3.5 (1/800 sec at f13, ISO 1000), flash -1ev with concave diffuser. Curves, Luminosity masks, brightness & contrast, Shadows & highlights, crop for comp..............Jim

A fine look at the damsel, Jim.  Catching the glisten on the wings is a fine extra.  It looks like it's clinging for dear life on the grass head.  The details in the grass head are also a good addition.

Jim, very nice details in the damselfly and all the grass are sharp. I really like the grass perch. Beautiful work!

Jim ..looking at the frame ..i see that, in the field this would have been perfectly camouflaged. Well seen ..
