A very cool pose, Jefferson, and a good job handling the difficult yellow/black exposure. It might be a bit tricky, but I think I'd remove the oof reed that's half hidden behind the perch. Excellent image.

Definitely a different pose I think it is pretty interesting. The foreshortening of the telephoto creates an unusual sense of proportion in the bird's body. But you have all the color there and it sharpness came through quite nicely. The background and the light texture is great.

A lovely presentation and overall color palette, Jefferson. A unique capture of this bird in mid-stretch against a terrific background.

Very interesting pose, Jefferson. The clean background and lighting make this a very attractive image. I think you handled the darks well, but some of the yellows appear blown.
