Spring in the garden

A bank of azaleas behind an old mulberry tree, with an overhanging cedar of Lebanon, in a local parsonage garden.  Poppies and bluebells dress the fg.  I've left a small label attached to the mulberry, as part of the garden's history.

Nice to meet you, Ian; I love your garden shot.  It is nicely composed and exposed, and has such a nice assortment of blooming plants.  The tag does distract a little.  I might be inclined to get rid of it, but then, it may have some special commemorative significance that you thought important.  Regardless, I like this!

Beautiful garden scene and well captured in nice light, Ian. I'd prefer this w/o the empty sky in the URC, but I like that the sky is a nice soft blue which counterbalances the orange azalea.

There is so much to look at and to admire in this beautiful picture, Ian. I missed the photo together with many others because I have had some health troubles but now I am recovering and I hope to be more present in the future.
