Hiking along Burggraben Klamm, a smaller gorge close to Attersee lake in Upper Austria, one finally reaches this fall.

Oh this is beautiful! The light on the wall is fabulous. Together with the waterfall they make a great image. I would crop out all the water at the bottom and just have those 2 elements. Great image IMO.

This is real nice. I like the light on the wals and the shape and flow of the water. I might burn down the highlights on the rock just below and to the left of the falls narrow point?

This is really nice, Peter! The soft light is perfect, and the organic feeling of that wall is very attractive. Perfect ss as well. I agree with Harley's suggestion about burning those rocks a bit, even though it is a minor thing.

Peter, This is really nice! Excellent work setting up this composition and I like that you included the water at the bottom with such nice motion. Perfect shutter speed on this as well and I like how it contrast with the sheen on the rock. Some wonderful texture here as well. Very cool shot! Nick

This is very nicely done, Peter. The lighting on the rock walls is exquisite and I like your SS choice as well. My only suggestion would be to tone down that bright spot on the rock to the left of the waterfall at that narrow section.

I think what sets this image apart is that the waterfall is offset rather than centered. This creates an unexpected sense of balance, particularly with the horizontal flow of water.
