Every year these little beauties come into bloom on my patio. Cropped from 4:3 original shot a couple of weeks ago.

Sweet little beauties! Nice cluster with good detail and focus. The BG could use some taming. The almost neon yellow-green OOF clumps rob the Sorrels of the dominance they deserve. If this were mine, I would lower the luminance a good bit and tone down the saturation a small amount (of the BG).

The bokeh, details, highest quality condition of blooms, and colorful presentation is top-notch. No nits! Well done.

Love the vibrant colouring, Bill. with nice separation of the flowers. I guess Phil has a point re the saturation and luminance, but I take this to be a shot where you wanted to boost the colour and clarity of the flowers themselves rather than go for a closer relationship to their environment.
