From the same spot as my Owlshead Dawn shot over in the Landscape gallery, sunrise looking west towards the southern end of the Panamints. My truck on a dirt road off in the distance a bit. I liked how the sunlight complemented the FG rocks.

ETA: We just bought a new pop-up camper and a new/used 4WD truck for future explorations. Very excited!

I like each set of layers here as they draw one back through the scene, then ending up with that wonderful light on the distant mountains. Very nice.

Nice layering and colors happening.

Pop-ups are great for getting around. I have had one for 12 years. They do get cold in the winter, though. And I do most of my camping in fall and winter.

The large image of this is a must see. The composition is looks much more balanced in the large image. It looks like it could use a slight rotation to the right to me, unless my eye is off balance.
