Arctic Eyes

This one was taken at the Stone Zoo in Boston area. This fellow was defending his "territory" from the intruder (myself). Photo taken the previous winter which experienced massive snowfall.

Canon 5D III, EF 400mm F/5.6
1/750, F/5.6, ISO 1600.

Cheers,

Hisham.

Beautiful eyes. The background exposure and blend is great to set off the eyes. Well done.

Going white on white here really lets this fox's eye glow. Excellent work.

Very nice capture and composition. The intensity of that stare is compelling. I also like that you show a lot of the species' adaptation to the incredibly cold environment.

What a wonderful expression you captured. I love the blurred BG and detailed face.
