Got this a couple of days ago at the Sacramento NWR. D800e, 300f4, 1.4tc, 1/800, f 6.3, ISO 400. I like the lighting and the flowing of the water around the bird. Would appreciate comments and/or criticism. Thanks.

Lovely light and nice detail in the Grebe, Jim. I like the water a lot and the reflections of the vegetation add some interest for me.
