Nice use of focal plane and color in foreground. Very effective bg.

Truly gorgeous light and detail! The out of focus background frond work really well.

Excellent. Appropriate DOF and good lighting. I particularly like the contrast between the dark fern in the background shade and the strongly backlit fern in front.

Very nice, Yun. The main backlit fern is very sharp and has terrific detail, pattern, and color, and I like the image overall. My only nit is the empty area in the ULC. Maybe darken the LRC so that the opposite corners balance?

I love how the backlighting shows the beautiful color and patterns in the fern. I also like the dark fern in the bg.

Scott, I agree with your suggestion about the LRC. I think I can improve on that. Thanks.

Superb composition, Yun. The backlit foreground fern and dark fern in the bg really work well together.

Yun: Very nice comp and separation of the main subject with your lighting and DOF choice. Superbly crafted image.>=))>

Yun, I love the contrasts of the light and the shapes in the opposite images of the leaf. Excellent composition and splendid back lit transparences.
