Low angle lighting on the freshly powdered mountain peaks.  First snow of this fall/winter transition.

There's a lot more to look at in the large version!

Nothing quite like the first fresh snow, it's the best to accentuate the patterns on the mountains. Indeed, those patterns show up best in the large version, which is really nice. I like the "cloud" of snow dust to the right.

Great detail in the large version. Beautiful new snow and sweet clouds on the peak.

The large vesion captures the grandeur of these peaks very well. The light on them is a nice touch.

The Large version is so sweet Gary!
In th large version, I feel the mountain spirit surround me and I can really feel the power of this mountain.

Gary, I agree with all the others as looking at the large version is just great. You really have some wonderful details all across the mountain side and I love the snow.

Nice light and beautiful textures. The splashes of sunlight on the peaks is wonderful.

Like the way you've caught the central peak in shadow and the one to the R in full brightness, Gary; the clouds, too, have nice touches of light and shade.  The large version has great detail.

The snow and light are excellent, Gary.  The snow blowing of the back peak is a neat extra.
