This is an Avian image that I posted several weeks ago that seemed to convert well as a Digital Art piece. Applied three layers from Topaz FX Lab and Topaz Impressions.

I like your conversion. You kept enough detail in the bird; I like the soft colors and the reflection turned out very nice.
