A sculpture by Jon Gunnar Arnason on the shores of Reykjavik in Iceland with coastal mountains in the background. This is an iconic view.

David: I like the placement of the nicely lit sculpture against that beautiful sky. The color palette of strong blues, whites and bronze is very appealing. Normally I would have remarked that the boat should have been placed more to the right in order to give it more room to "sail" into, but it doesn't seem to matter in your image. Well done. Richard

Love the dramatic sky and that unusual shaft of light from above, it's heaven sent
You really did this 'iconic' sculpture justice David, well done!

I really like this, David. The color and contrast is excellent. The angle of the scupture is perfect.
It may be an icon, but this works nicely!

Ah, the sun voyager. This is where I spent my first evening in Iceland. It's a really nice sculpture, and you captured it finely.
