Here's another look from last spring at rain falling on my pond with the hardy lily leaves showing their cold water colors. In this view, the "exploding" bubble is a novel addition. (5D3, 70-200 f2.8 @ 175, 1/200s, f/14, iso 3200, tripod & raincoats).

Neat how the above surface parts have a nice 'sheen' to them, interesting water patterns as well..
Then of course the water's alive with movement from the rain, that vibrator's workin' overtime
Very nice!

I like everything about this photo. Really, really well done! You obviously have great confidence in your rainsleeve for your gear.LOL
Very cool image, Mark. Looks like an impressionist painitng. The three lily pads (a good number) have very nice color and the comp is excellent.
The patterns in this with the concentric rings and the contrasting colors really make this image work. It has a wonderful wet abstract feeling. Its a color image but the water is almost grey scale.
Hi Mark
the form in this image is breathtaking ... looks like a Picaso painting.. this would make a wonderful selling print.. to me this image is extraordinary

Love this shot, Mark! Especially the large version. It has a very abstract, graphical look to it yet clearly with perfectly natural elements. Nicely seen and shot.
