Very nice image showing the light sparkling on the wings and the beautiful rose color on the body. Nice bg, too. Well done, Howard!

I can only repeat what Barb said about the excellent capture of the sparkling wings and rose colored body, Howard. My thoughts exactly.

Excellent closeup here, Howard. Not sure I've ever seen a D-fly this color before. Like all of them though, their wings look like a network of an antenna array. Just thinking out loud, I wonder what all those lines really do beyond obvious structural support for the overall LONG fragile wing length. Anyway, just seeing this image brings thoughts of how grand our natural world really is out there.

Howard, the variety of subtle reds here are great. The details and the bits of glow in the wings show off your superb flash handling skills. Strikes me that your use of flash looks like a fine alternative to my stacking...

Truly beautiful wings, Howard. Like the sparks in the wings. I have never seen a pink dragonfly before. No nits from me.
