Cuteness off the charts. Really like the expression of the cub and the tree. I might suggest taking a bit off the right and bottom to see if this improves the impact of the image. Well done.

LIke everything about this image. Think the composition is fine as is. Makes more natural and not just a portrait. Amazing how such a cute animal can grow into a fierce preditor.

Cute as is, Morkel. I do note a slight Red/Magente shift in the image however. Easy fix.
Makes me long to go back to Africa! Nice work.

Very cute frame! I believe, if you post a larger size, the contrast in textures, would be more visible.

Thanks everyone.
The colour is natural for the area - the red sand of the Kalahari reflects a red sheen onto everything around it, especially on cloudy days for some reason.

Hey Morkel,
There's no cute factor lacking here! Very nice. I share Jerry's view about the cropping - to my eye a little off the right and top would have two positive effects - it would pull the cub out of the horizontal midpoint, and I think it would make the strong diagonal gap that leads to the cub's even stronger...
But there's no doubt at all this image is a strong one exactly as posted...
Cheers...
