Foot Race

From the recent Savannah Highland Games. There were many things for kids to do: Story telling, kid size stone throwing and caber tossing, and a foot race. Each kid either wore their own kilt or was given a plaid wrap to wear.

I loved this picture with the first and second place child going all out for the finish. The child on the right came from behind to win in a close call. The look of total determination on his face is precious!
