A variety of daffodil I have only seen in one location in my area.

Ian - Very pretty and the little color in the circle providing some nice contrast. Using a diffuser (if possible) would have eliminated the shadows and would not mind clipping the petal in the 5'o Clock position Or giving more room at the bottom.

Excellent exposure, with the soft textured whites shining through nicely.
Great comp with all the focus right where you want it, what a cool center with its 'ring of fire'!
Well done Ian!

A beautiful daffodil. I love the orange around the edges of the yellow center. Very nice comp, colors, and detail.

A very nice daffodil comp Ian. I wonder if the colored area could be just a bit sharper? Very interesting shot!

Well composed, Ian. I like the use of the similar bg to avoid any distraction. The light is pretty strong for my tastes, but works well for the subject.

Ian, I like your composition and the placement of the colorful center in the frame. I would perhaps boost the contrast in the flower center very slightly.
