Hi Jagdeep,
This shot has a lot going for it - great eye contact and emotive expressions, inclusion of a young and adorable animal (who couldn't love that?), a nice composition with a strong diagonal flow, and - at least to my eye - a very harmonious colour palette. In a perfect world (and I likely wouldn't even mention this tiny nit to a less experienced photographer!) I wouldn't mind seeing a BIT more separation from the background, but realize that subject-background proximity makes that a near impossibility from a practical perspective (especially with an f4.5 lens).
One technical comment: On "standard" resolution monitors (in the 110 ppi range) both the eyes (of both subjects) and the mouth-chin region of the adult look noticeably over-sharpened. However, on the higher resolution monitors and devices (i.e., in the Retina range of 220+ ppi) the over-sharpening artifacts go away. While I LOVE how hi-res images look on retina displays, their introduction has complicated the life of output-sharpening for photographers!
Cheers...
Brad

Quite the tender moment you captured here, Jagdeep! The eyes on both subjects are just incredible, but the mutual lean and contact at the hands is extremely powerful. Really solid image, to say the least.

Very nice Jagdeep, there's a real luminous quality to the eyes of both monkey's here that is the highlight of the shot for me.
