Great view of a great iconic scene. I might consider taking the sky blue a bit more toward blue from the magentaish cast? Most enjoyable image.

Very good handling of the light. The first thing I notice was the magenta cast in the sky, maybe making it a bit more blue would be nice. I also wonder what it would have looked like with the sun completely behind the rock. This is great as is though!

Very cool image of this classic landscape! I agree with the others about the colors in the sky, but for some reason, I find this slightly "unrealistic" rendition quite fitting.

I'm fine with the artistic expression of the sky's color cast. I might try and clone away the sun flares below the horizon. This may end up in the M&N gallery due to the road in the FG.

Cool image, Carey. The magenta cast sky is very dramatic and I think it makes this shot very unique. Surreal.

Love the composition Carey, especially with the sun setting off the center spire. I'm on the fence with the sky color, I think I'd vote for less magenta too.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. I appreciate all the different points of views. Sunspots aren't for everyone but ususally don't bother me so I left them in. Wasn't sure about the sky myself. I like it but have to admit it doesn't look as good to my eye when viewed on a white background as it does on a dark one. Here's a repost with a more natural look

To my eye, the repost is a huge improvement. The deep blue still has a very dramatic impact, yet has a far more natural look compared to the original. Very nice image!

The reprocessed looks much better for the colours in the sky. Since there are obvious human elements I will have to move it to Man & Nature.
