In memory of Deva, a Great Pyranees, when she was a puppy.  She was the most photogenic of all the dogs we've ever had and she was always happy.  Sure do miss her.

She looks very pensive here, Gary.  Sure gets you wondering what's going through her mind.  The details in the fur on her face are amazing in the larger version.

Hi Gary! Deva looks like a sweetie. I'm sorry to hear she is no longer with you. We have had two Pyr's and now have two Saints and two Newfs. There's something to these gentle giant breeds, isn't there? I really like the pensive look you've captured here, showing not only her sweetness but also her intelligence.

I am sorry for your loss. I know how it feels to lose a beloved pet family member. She sure was a gorgeous animal. The breed reminds me of a french television series shown in the Netherlands in my youth, called Belle et Sebastien. Nice shot. Maybe a lower angle would have had even more impact.
