Came across a Heron nest yesterday with an inactive Male minding his own business when a Female showed up carrying a rather large assortment of nesting materials. He did not pay her much attention until she keep insisting he should give her some assistance.
Hand held from boat, 85% of full frame.

Very neat, Mike. Excellent interaction and the nesting material adds both to the interest and a nice compositional element.

Nice interaction going on with this frame. Like the material in the upper birds beak. Overall saturation seems to have been pushed a bit too far.

Good interaction between the two. Too heavily saturated!

Lovely capture. I love the interaction and the nest material adds a lot. I agree with Keith about the saturation. I would pull it back a bit.

Nice find and catch, Mike. The pose against the clean sky looks great. I think lightening this would make it even more attractive and probably reduce the saturation.

Looks like you're still having slow internet problems.... :frown:
