Another of several winter takes on this location - this being the more typical composition.

Daniel: Classic comp for a reason and a beautiful capture. I like your SS especially and the fine details in the moss and back wall. 2 thumbs up! >=))>

I like the composition and the shutter speed works well. I wish there was a little more detail in the dark areas.

An interesting set of photos f this scenic fall. In the winter the moss gets a bit flat, not as puffy as in Summer. Perhaps the highlights could be emphasized, but a nice image as is!

Love the comp here. The rock near the bottom leads you up the creek to the log which brings you to the waterfall. Nature couldn't have placed things better!

This is a very good photo in every aspect, but somehow I am a bot bothered by the bright lichen clashing with the darker mossy rock. I can't really explain why though.... But there does not seem to be much to do about that, since we have to work with what nature provides us with! Nevertheless a very nice photo!

This is beautiful, Daniel. I love the glowing moss and for me, the SS is perfect. A portrait of a different world than the one I currently occupy. The large verson opens the shadows up nicely.

Great details in the large version Daniel and the colors and water look great. A very nice comp as well. Another great waterfall image from you.

Not a typical time to photograph this icon; you did a nice job of capturing a winter feel.
