Ibis in the Morning

Sunday, A friend and I went to the San Joaquin Wildlife Sanctuary and while we were shooting various ducks, this Ibis flew in. It approached to come within about 10 feet of us. This was the closest I have ever been to one.

I like how the colors shine here.

A beautiful shot of a beautiful bird. Very nice detail. The water drop and the ripples are a nice addition. I might consider cropping some of the rocks or adding some blur to the rocks.

Harry, I agree that the colors shine beautifully in this image. It's cool how you caught the water drop and the ripples in the water. Very nicely done, Harry!

Beautiful capture of this ibis in nice light. I like the head turn, but wish the far shoreline was not bisecting the head.
