Sony A77
Minolta 200mm macro
ISO 400, 1/250 @ f22

Snow is a foreign concept in Houston but we at least have a few snowdrops show up in the early spring. Shot in our slowly awakening garden this morning. All comments welcome. >=))>

Gorgeous - the composition looks a bit strange in the small image, but I think that it works fine in the large one - it makes it look like the flower is jumping off the screen! The resolution is excellent. (We are perhaps 3-4 weeks behind you around here :frown: )

The front snowdrop is delightful! I like your DOF and the well controlled BG. I am amazed at the narrow DOF at f22 you get with the venerable Minolta 200mm. Take care of it; it has done yeoman service for you! :toast:

Snowdrops are a lovely spring flower and this is an excellent look at one, Bill. Works very well on a day when it's snowing heavily outside as I type....give me some hope that spring will get here too, eventually.
