Took this one some time ago in Central Kalahari Game Reserve, Botswana.
This Lioness was a bit touchy and came quite close.
Low point of view as a result of excellent vehicle without sides.

Nice close up shot. A tight crop of the face might also be interesting.

I think a vertical portrait would work well for this shot. Love that look.

Hi Ken,

Go vertical with the crop

. That intense look with all of the details is very nice. Reminds me of the look I get from one our pet cats Dory--she stares at me until she gets her chin scratched. I think the lioness's intent is different and I think she wants a meal to go with a chin sctratch

My preference is the original presentation and color cast. She certainly carries a malevolent attitude!
