How nice to get a ray of light just where you want it. Love the simplicity and the way the light hits the tree. I would be tempted to try a vertical

Simple and sweet. I am not usually big on shadow detail but on this one, I might consider pulling out just a little more hint of detail on the far left?

I agree with Harley's comment. I like the light on the tree. The horizontal framing adds to the lonesome mood.

Really nice isolated light and comp. I like it as is as it makes you really look to see what might be hidden.

Kissed by the light, surrounded by the dark, would like to see the large version of this image, its a beauty.

Peter,

You have a way with light that is a intoxicating. I really enjoy how you see the world, and this image is another fine example of that vision.

Excellent work!!!

Killer shot.

After thinking about Harleys suggestion, I think I might agree. But would need to see it first.
