A closeup of a peach colored peony taken at a local peony garden using Canon SX50, F4.5, 1/640. -0.3, ISO 400. The liquefy filter was applied to certain areas, therefore the placement in Photo Art.

All comments and suggestions are appreciated.

The visual complexity and colors are very appealing. Really caught my eye. But I remain ambivalent about such filters and wonder how the original looked.

Hey Patricia,
Another excellent example of a unique and beautiful style that is all your own. The Photo Art version is a nice improvement on the original with simple and elegant changes that gives the image a dreamy feel. Perfect title by-the-way.
Enjoying your work . . . :toast:

This is gorgeous. Outstanding composition, and your use of the liquify filter has provided the perfect touch of added visual motion. Love those pastel colors. Others have likely said this but your image reminds me of the paintings of Georgia O'Keefe. Really an exceptional image; print this one large.

Lovely composition and light, Patricia. I'm on the fence about which one I prefer, they are quite different. The processed image has a Georgia O"Keefe feel to it, but the original is also very beautiful!

Very nice comp and colors. I like the original photo, but I like the photo art version even better. Excellent use of the liquify filter to create a beautiful artistic image.

This is a beautiful rendition of the lush, ultra feminine peony. Love it! The liquefy effect is perfect here,as are the colors. Not totally sure about the out of focus front petal, but I don't think I mind it at all.
