Stealthy Sipper

This cedar waxwing flew in and out for only one photo! The landing and leaving were so fast, that I could not get a good focus. But, not to leave a "rare" (around here) photo to waste, I used Topaz impression to make a painting out of it! If I hadn't looked at that exact moment, this bird would have stolen a sip and disappeared, unnoticed!
Hope you like it. Even though the body was OOF a bit, the eye was amazing...it was blue
I can't tell if this is horrible or OK...Help.

I use Topaz & Nix Collection a bit but never tried Impression. I like the light quality in the shot. Topaz products can definitely salvage a slightly oof shot but never upload it to an Avian Gallery unless your tough-skinned. Very bizarre looking bird but the image looks interesting and is well composed.

Cedar waxwings are very cool looking birds. And, I have, already, made the mistake of posting a Nik/Topaz sharpened photo in Avian! They are very particular about soft and overly sharpened photos. . I learned early on to post those in Photo Art
