Sony A77
Minolta 200mm macro
ISO 200, 1/20 @ f11

Been pretty dreary around here the past several days and there's not much going on with our garden but we do have a pretty robust stand of callas starting to bloom. I decided to get off my duff and shoot some of the first flowers. Definitely improved my attitude. Now all I need is a good cup of hot chocolate and all will be right again. >=))>

Man you are lucky - callas in January!! Everything is quite dead around here (NE Georgia), except for the hellebores beginning to stir. Marvelous refraction in the water drop!! :toast:

Well composed and taken, Bill. I like the way the entire large is perfectly framed and focused in the drop. Well done. I certainly would not have guessed this image was made outdoors in January! :toast:

Not bad for the winter blues. The details in the drops (top left) balance very well against the clarity of the single drop at the bloom tip. The pano crop fits the image content perfectly.
