In an old time dreamy mood today. Messin' with various plug-ins and other stuff. Not sure how this will translate to the web. Thanks for looking.

A wonderfully old-time dreamy mood! This makes me smile, Mary. I don't find any one thing to focus on here, but I'm really enjoying looking at the layers (that bottom third in particular--reminds me of fourier series) and just the "air" of it.

Thank you for your comments ladies. Appreciated as always.
Ana- are you a mathemetician or engineer? Was reading your comment while my engineer husband was in the other room and I asked him about the Faurier effect. His question to me "does it go up and down a lot?" I asked "what, does my image go up and down a lot, like move up and down?" No he says does something in it appear to go up and down?" Wellll, I guess that would be the cattails reminding you of sine and cosine something or other.... So anyway, you have a very unique way of describing the things you see and I think that's cool.

Mary, I have a degree in computer science but I spent 2 years on the electrical engineering track. Yeah, the grasses remind me of signals.

Congrats, Mary I like this effect you've produced for the image. You've done a good job of taking the ordinary and making it into something special.
