Enough!!

Enough!! is what I imagine this mother leopard was saying to her cub who was "attacking" her. This was taken in a shady gully in the Sabi Sands region of Kreuger National Park in S. Africa. Two leaves near the cub's face were cloned. Cropped to about 70% of original.
Taken with a D4 and 80-400 lens at 260, f/5.6, 1/800 and Auto ISO at 900. C&C welcome. Richard

Richard, the environment is great. I love how the grass seems to be enveloping them.

The only suggestions I'd have would be to maybe crop slightly from the bottom... and perhaps brighten it up a bit. It looks dark on my monitor.

I love the definition of this image, and the spontaneity of the beautiful models. I agree with cropping a bit off the bottom, but I think that the exposure is just right - it looks perfect on my monitor and/or for my taste :toast:

Awesome capture. I'd crop a bit off the bottom and brighten it up a tad. My two cents worth.

Wonderful movement and interaction in this image. I like how they are facing each other and how they blend into the tawny grass. Great moment!

Great moment and action shot. A crop at the bottom might make it slightly better, but then again, the space there doesn't bother me either. Good light and exposure to my taste. I like the detail of the blood on mum's coat. :toast:

Great shot. My only suggestion would be to emphasize the cats a bit more. I would brighten them just a bit, but then add a darker vignette around them. IMO, that would make this image really POP.

I like the sinuous body postures, making for good composition. Others suggested, and I agree, you might try to emphasize the pair a little more with a tweak of selective brightness/contrast...but just a touch.
