This was my favorite image from a trip to Dublin - my home city - to capture the city lights leading up to Christmas. This image was taken just inside the main gates of Trinity College before heading up to a very busy Grafton Street to capture the Christmas lights.

Love the mood in this image, including the look of the wet cobblestone. The sky adds to the drama. Pretty cool night shot. Hope you post at least one of Grafton Street and/or other scenes from a city I wish I could say I was from... Thanks for sharing this fine shot.

This is a lovely image, Tony. I sure like the leading line of the wet street, the chain coming to the corner, the starburst lights, and the sense of motion in the clouds. The fountain and it's lights add a fine touch to the darkness on the right.
