Abisko national park

A twilight that I really needed after way too many dull grey drizzly days in a row when hiking in the mountains last autumn. This is taken in Abisko national park in northern Sweden.

19 mm, ISO 200, 2 s, f/13.

C&C welcome, large version is included!

This is beautiful. I love the blurred rapids and the pink in the sky. Well done.

Hey Roel,
This is very nice with all the elements working well to compliment each other. I am not a big fan of images of moving water at slow shutter speeds but in this case, it seems very appropriate and feels just right. My only concern is that the entire image has a bit of a port tilt to it that maybe a little CW rotation would correct, just a thought.
Well seen and presented . . . :toast:

You have a beautiful sky here and the SS is about right for me.
It appears like it needs just a tiny bit of CW rotation?

A wonderful view and I love the pastels in the sky, Roel. The SS choice is perfect IMO. My only suggestion; and this is being super picky; would be to clone out that bright spot that is on the mountain in the BG. I do not notice it on the small version, just the large.

You've achieved a very inviting gentleness here, Roel, with the subtle pinks in the clouds and the softness of the rapids from the long exposure.

Real pretty scene. Very soothing and I want to grab a chair and relax here. I would agree with the suggestion for a little CW rotation.

This is very peaceful, and I really like the sense of light. The processing looks spot on to me. Nice work, Roel.

Thanks for the comments! Pretty frustrating that I missed the tilting again, haha. Will fix that. Oh, and Harley, no need for a chair, there were lots of comfortable stones just behind me!

Beautiful soft colors, and an engaging foreground with the texture in the water Roel. One has to enjoy the sense of being in the stream in this fine image. Very nice work in photography. The tilt has been addressed, and I do not have much to suggest for improvement.
