This is a trick capture for this weeks challenge. Right off you might think the small item in the shot wwas the rower ~ but looking closer there is a egret. Now if you look even closer there is a homeless man siting under a tree to the right of the egret.
The homeless man was my interest as he lived on the edge of the river.

I'll take the rower as the small subject, cause even in the larger version, the egret might be a glare spot and the dot under the tree could be just about anything. It's a great view, Rick, with the rower set off so well by the sky scrapers and the very interesting sky.

I can see the egret and man, but man, are they small  Is that a Texas flag on the left row? That is definitely eye catching. And the perspective is excellent.

I vote for the rower as the prime subject also, Rick. Even in the large version I can't recognize the white spot as an egret and there's no way I can tell that the person under the tree is homeless. Nice composition but the lens distortion seems to be tilting the building on the right. Odd that the left side seems pretty straight.

I must admit, I was being a bit off handed when I said the bird and man. they did interest me until all of a sudden, this sculler came by and yes, those are lone star flags on the oars.
